Our Story

It started with a mother’s insight and a daughter’s determination—but it took a village of innovators to bring dignity to life

Natalie Wong, founder of Ginkgo Care Products, often reflects on the evening that changed everything. Over tea, her mother, Agnes—a seasoned Head of Residential Care at a Toronto care home—shared stories of residents struggling with incontinence products that leaked, irritated skin, and chipped away at dignity. “We need an incontinent brief that adapts to them,” her mother insisted. “Not the other way around.”
